I joined this Bank 15 years back but their service is very very bad for induviduals

I have been loyal and my salary paid in their bank for all ths years recently I requested for a temp loan or overdraft was told my credit record is not good ,but I managed to get help from other banks and even qualified for a home loan

they don't update their system even after bureau send them they always have wrong information for individuals only focus most on big companies.

2.they always debit your account unnecessary you need to call them for reversal and they charge you for reversal of their fault

3.they charge you R150.00 with every transaction they claim have paid for you but when you check you had funds I your account by then then you have to call them and they send your quivery for reversal with charges is very very bad

4.private chat massage platform is useless you wait for an hour while they say you number 4 on the queue then get massage saying "we have not heard any respond from you while they asked nothing or haven't responded 5 so my advise is look for better banks like Nedbank they value their customers a lot
