BAD CUSTOMER/SERVICE DELIVER

I wrote a review on the 06/10/2020 and received a reference number via email and sms saying that a consultant will contact me within 24 to 48 business hours up until today the 12/10/2020 no one has contacted me I must say FNB is pathetic and I would not recommend them to anyone service delivery is bad, and they cannot keep to their turn around time.
