Bad customer servuce

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from FNB. I have requested assistance from the Loan Department with regard to my revolving loan. on the 14-11-2024 i spoke to a very rude and unprofessional consultant by the name of Katlego Sekgopane and was not helpful, she only took me serious when i asked to speak to the team leader Jabulani Sikhosana of which he hasn't called me yet, can someone senior at fnb call me back i have a very serious issue which needs attention urgently.
