Bad customer services

I am currently having a hard time with my bank.I queried a online card payment that I did in March for a course with Shaw Academy for free R399.end of April Shaw Academy deducted X3 R399 which I never agreed to.I emailed the Academy they said they will credit me.On 28 May Shaw Academy took another R399 from my account.I went to Fnb Bellville Voortrekker Rd they cancelled my card and orders another one I queried the charges I was told I can't reverse.I explain my situation but no luck.Seems that no one cares about what I'm going through .That X3 R399 was my groceries money and I had to cope for a month.This month my multi choice account WiFi life insurance debits could go off due to Shaw Academy and FNb being so unhelpful.What really angers me is that I called FNb call centre twice on 1 June regards o my debit as my account was in -R945 The consultant told me it was my debit orders that went off if pay they R945 in that day my debits won't return I called multi choice they said my account was paid next due date is 30 June I thought ok I will pay it in,just before I left work I called FNb again and same advice was given to me pay it in now your debits won't return.I left my place of work early knowing I'm going lose few hours of pay.I paid at ATM same day 1 June the ATM rejected some notes and 750 was accepted.Having no other money to pay in since I was still short form prev month I left it as is All my debits returned multi choice service was suspended rain WiFi was cut off Not to mention hi I is affecting My ITC I'm *****ed by Shaw and FNb I once again called asking what happened to the R750 I deposited on 1 June I was told it's my bank charges.If I had known Fnb would do this after calling for advice twice I would have paid for my services in cash then deal with the charges.Today I have no services my account is a mess I'm still struggling to cope from April's deductions No feedback from the dispute form I completed and Mailed Shaw says they don't have my money Fnb says they took your money All I know is that I got no money no DStv no WiFi
