Bad Customer service - worst

Stupid private client suite nonsense, that thing doesnt work, they just charging us huge fundds for nothing. since this morning i've been calling to be assisted with tranfering funds from Straight to budget but i've tranfered all over the show with no one assisting. the last person just dropped my call. i will change this bank, it's just frustrating the hell out of me.
