Bad customer service Pretoria north branch

Im so disappointed on the service i get from fnb Pretoria north i experienced a atm cash jam Sunday 11/09/2024 I did go to the branch Monday 12/09/2024 to fill up dispute form there talled me that there gonna credit the money within 48 hours but it took them the whole week to resolve the query I called Friday to do follow up the lady who was assisting me over the phone said she will do follow up but when I called she tells me that I must wait till Monday 26/09/2024 causes my query is not resolved yet.there have bad customer service 😭😭😭how could cash jam take 2 weeks to be resolved and telling customer false information of 48hours wich doesn’t even exist with them there number I called is *** I have been helped by issabello
