Bad Customer Service from FNB Consultant.

Good Afternoon,

Please may I get a call from someone who knows what he/she doing not this consultants who don't even know what they are doing they them self. May I urgently be assisted as I want to pay my Credit card and personal loan.

This is urgently, because I have been trying to get this simple information from FNB. How can FNB not be able to assist me when they have all my details.
