Bad customer service from. FNB

After my first review, Fnb sent me emails and sms saying they will resolve my query withing 02 weeks. It's been 03 weeks and I dint hear anything from them. Fnb is a not good at all. They Custer queries department is completely useless while us the customers loose money and they don't help get it back!
