Bad Customer Service from a so called a professional teller

On Saturday i went to Festival Mall FNB to try and receive moneygram since i cannot do it on my app or ATM. I was told to go to the teller but to my suprise the lady said she cannot help me i was supposed to be there early in the morning. I am talking about forex. ONLY MONEYGRAM....i wanted the money to pay for my child's doctor's appointment. She said no she cannot help me with a straight face and attitude. I need someone to tell me seriously such a bad customer service at FIRST NATIONAL BANK...........What happened? She even called someone using her cellphone and ask that person if they can assist me. And came back to me and said no.
