Bad customer service FNB Jabulani Mall

Last week my partner and I came to pick up a card at fnb jabulani mall. We waited 70min untill we left before being assisted. Today, again we are gere to pick up the same card. Ive already been here for almost an hour waiting. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
