BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FNB

This bank is not customer friendly or is helping their customers. i was handed over to a certain CBS legal without me being warned I did not even get a notice from them that my account will be handed over. The best part is that I paid my loan in full without skipping a month. and yes I am a FNB customer. i cant even take out a small loan or anything. my salary is geting paid into my account so FNB wont have a problem deducting. I am not happy with FNB and they have drained my trust in them. Im scared to trust them anymore. I did not go to my branch as some of the community have negative things to say to them.
