Bad customer service

Westbank & life insurance are giving me run around, they failed to keep on the agreement & if they expect me to in counter cost, I will not pay.

They delivered a card, which doesn’t work & except me to order a new one with cost included, which absolutely nonsense

Bulelani was just giving me the runaround
