bad customer service

FNB has poor customer service , i was called by a lady while driving and she forced me to use my phone even after telling her i was driving

again i was called by credit card department , the network was soo bad we did not conclude call but got sms that agreed to an arragement

yeaterday i was called and the gut introduced himself and dropped the phone now just got email that i dont understand ,

that is not customer service
