Bad customer service even

I am not happy with the customer service in Smith Street (Durban) was at the kiosk (front desk) helped by the lady called FAITH she had a bad attitude, she even seemed tired 🥱 this was mid day (13:20 pm) I was told she wouldn’t assist me with my issue cause they don’t own a FNB telephone line in their brunch,she would advise me to go to another branch or use my personal phone in order for my issue to be resolved and I told her to give me the numbers to the department that needed to assist me and I called and I was told she is the one that needed to assisted me with that issue ,so technically I wasted my time and energy for calling the other department.

The stuff was complaining about their manager can’t handle her position right in front of me and other clients and talking bad things about her…even saying that they not happy being here they want to quit their jobs
