Bad customer service

I am highly disappointed by the lack of customer service from FNB. I have been trying to close my cheque account since August 2025 but to no avail. My account keeps accumulating fees which I am told I need to pay before my account can be closed which I do but my account still doesn't get closed. This query has been escalated twice to management but still no one comes back to me. Very disappointed in this bank
