Bad customer service

Very bad experience, no one wants or are willing to help with online banking,my private banker is not available so now no one wants to help,I can no use my banking app,all they say is phone tomorrow to see if there is someone that will help.This is the first-time I have had such a bad experience and is not used to the service I received today.
