Bad customer service

I dispute debit orders with FNB BUT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. Debit orders I have stopped previously is still processed on my account and When I dispute it FNB does not even want to reverse the debit order. Fnb also block me from stopping debit orders by myself on my FNB APP
