Bad customer service

My debit card was retained by a FNB atm on the 15th of April 2020 the Chatsworth branch is closed .I blocked the card but am unable to get a new one.Was told by the help centre to go to a branch thats open in Queensborough which is far away from me.I am a pensioner and normally walk to the bank.How is it possible that Std bank which is next door to them are opened for cases like this but fnb is closed. Poor service indeed.
