Bad customer service

I called for assistance on a deduction which went off my bank account which I was unaware of I spoke to many people and kept getting transferred from department to department . I spoke to Nomabongo , Zinte and Libo. Noma and Libo gave great service which I appreciated but their downfall is their manager who is Bonny Skasimbe who I'm still waiting for a call back .I would appreciate a call back urgently regarding my account .
