Bad Customer service

Money still not reversed I've been waiting more than 10 working days.. Today i was to my nearest Fnb branch they called the ***** line And there was no answer like seriously bad customer service now i have to come back for a third time in the week coming just to hear what is happening to my money i really would like to cancel my account as soon as i recieved my money
