bad customer service

FNB is not helpful to customers I have been trying to follow up on a ***** case of R5184 that was dedicated by google-youtube super which I dont know I don't even know where the OTP was sent to because I didn't receive anything to authorize that transactions now I am sitting here during this pandemic broke waiting for my money and no cares to update me. On top of that there are new transactions appearing on my account from Foreight T 4125**25744 now my account has an outstanding amount of -R399
