Bad customer service at FNB Randburg square

I cannot express how bad the service is at fnb Randburg square. I came to collect a card during my 45 min lunch break. Waited till my time was out and what was worse is that the bank was net even full. I asked the manager if he could help me because I was running out of time and I only came to collect a card. Was told to wait.
