Bad customer service at FNB Maponya

I would like to bring to your attention that the kind of service I received at FNB Maponya mall, and this my second encounter with this branch. Went to the branch I was there at 11:40 to be exact there was to service consultant outside because I saw the time I asked if there’s tellers as they are working from a mobile bank the lady said yea and I asked where the teller was they said she went out did not feedback to me as the customer that she is busy will attend to you, just carried on assisting another customer till 12:02 when I asked the gentleman sitting next to her we explained we needed to withdraw money for church he then said tellers were closed. I am in banking and I know banking time but the fact that I was there before tellers closed. I was then referee to a manager who I explained that I was there before time but he was not apologetic just said why was I waiting outside but I was never invited inside.
