Bad customer service at FNB BUSINESS FOREX

Good day, I submitted a request for a business forex payment on Monday. Until today that payment hasn’t been done. In the past this was done in a day. This is unacceptable the suppliers overseas are now complaining. This is not the first time. I don’t know what’s happening at FNB Business Forex. Please I need my payment released now. R022CX5D90. I need the PDF confirmation also sent now.
