Bad customer service and short staff

Fnb vereeniging branch , please improve your customer service, its not good at all . I went there on the 07 of March 2024 the customer service was not good at all .To be assisted you wait for more than 30 minute. Short staff ,as customers or clients we are not happy at all with customer service we received in FNB bank
