Bad customer service and FNB doesn’t care about people all they want is money.
Please can you kindly assist me with a settlement fee of my personal loan and credit card I’m unemployed and I have informed FNB since July, but my credits interest keep on increasing especially on the personal loan.
I called wanting to settle the loan with the money that I have FNB is refunding yet I am not working and only God know by when will I be working.
