Bad customer service and experience

I've been dealing with a problem for more then a week and not once have thy came back to me. I've always been sent from pillar to post. I wouldn't advise even my worst enemy to bank with you guys because all youll do is take more for the service but when we need service an assistance you can't get it. Thank you FNB for the **** service.
