Bad customer service

I really don't understand why I have to keep on posting here so that I can get response on progress for my refund requested in December 2025, everytime I want feedback I must post here it's been more than a month since NTHABISENG.PHO******* said she is making contact with Absa no feedback has been received and this was said after my previous comment, I have made follow up two weeks ago on his/her email no response, what type of service is this FNB?
