Bad customer service

I recently opened an account with FNB everything went well till I had to collect my bank card at Dobsonville mall , the agent who I asked was very arrogant and rude advising me that the system is offline and what she must do.....it's sad the service we receive as black people from other black people .... the attitude leaves a bad taste in my mouth
