Bad customer service

I am currently unemployed due to being on maternity leave my employer is thus not paying me my full salary. I had debit orders this month that ran and resulted in my account being overdrawn. I then called FNB to try and increase my overdraft so that my account is not overdrawn, the consultant was unable to assist as I had to apparently be approved first for the increase in overdraft. I was told someone would call me with regards to this but no body called. I then called the bank again as I received an SMS on the 26th February stating that if I do not pay the money owed the bank is going to cancel my debit orders. I was told to visit my nearest branch in order to discuss payment arrangements. I informed the consultant that there is no public transport where I live that I could only go to the nearest branch on Saturday 27th as I will have access to a vehicle. The consultant then made a note on my account that I promised to pay the money next month when I get back to work. Even after the note was made the debit orders where still cancelled, and when I went to the White River FNB branch today there was no relationship manager on duty. I am really disappointed in their service.
