Bad Customer Service!!!!
Good Day<br> <br> I would like to report the unprofessionalism by FNB Call Centre as well as the Randburg Square branch. My account was wrongfully charged and several attempts to resolve this have failed. I got the Branch Manager involved but all was still to no avail.<br> <br> This issue has been ongoing since June/July 2015 - nearly a year!<br> <br> I find this very disappointing. And the worse thing is the fact that they just go quiet on you and ignore your emails.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Nikky<br> (A very disappointed customer)
