BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called online banking yesterday to change my cell phone number in order for me to receive my OTP's on my new number. According to them I failed the identity authentication process & had to go into the bank.<br> <br> I was at your branch in President Hyper yesterday, Monday 2 March 2015 & I was assisted by the lady at teller 13.<br> <br> I spent more than two hours sitting in the bank and waiting for assistance.<br> <br> When I got home I wanted to do a transaction which required an OTP, but I am still not receiving my OTP's on my new number.<br>
