Bad customer service

Actually laid a complaint on Facebook, of which they didn't even make means to find out what was my quiry about,instead they gave me a number to call, called the number ,the whole 30min been taken from pillar to post been transferred to different departments, mind you with who's airtime, and just needed to understand what is happening with my loan account,hai no
