Bad Customer Service

I finished paying off my credit card in January and I was assured the account was closed and debit order removed. Every month since then they have been debiting my account and giving me the run around for my refund. It’s such a huge inconvenience because this delays my other debit orders. I’ve been banking with FNB since Bob Junior days & I'm actually quite enough of this abuse! I’ve been complaining since January !!!!
