Bad Customer Service
I had a problem with FNB before which they were unable to fix ended up changing my bank details to avoid having the same issue all the time,I have a credit card with them so I was paying for it by the ATM and an agent from FNB called and updated my banking details now they didn't debit the amount and they are making it my problem....spoke to them online and on FB no response

30 Mar 2024, 11:41I am still waiting for your company's call and now my account is handed over to the collection department, yet your company didn't debit my account,help me understand how is that making sense,I tried making a deposit but it says my card is blocked I feel like FNB is treating me unfair hence why I even changed my normal banking details cause you guys don't take customers query serious

I spoke to one agent from your company they don't know why they never debited my account as they had banking details now my account is under collections.
Will I be able to use my credit card if I make a deposit for the unpaid after FNB take it interest?
