22 Feb 2024, 03:59Thank you HelloPeter, if it wasn't for this platform fnb would have gotten away with it,
I am still not satisfied please see below conversation between me and fnb
Good day Mrs Phoshoko
We acknowledge your compplaint.
Please be advised that the below transaction was banked on the 15th.Kindly note that due to this the account had insufficient funds at the time to cater for the debit orders.
PURCH PnP Crp Mall at 1,184.34- 02/15
Please note that in order to avoid fees being charged on the account for unpaid debit orders the account needs to have sufficient funds at all times to cater for transactions.

Thank you for your feed back however I still do not understand why would you tell me tell me about R1 184.34 swiped at pick and pay, because this amount was swiped on Monday 12 February, at the time had a positive balance of about R3 200. I have attached the screenshot
Can you please thoroughly investigate this cos if my balance was about R3200 and swiped
R1 184. 34 balance would be R2100, I paid out R100 which left my balance to R1800, I transferred R1500, why would I have 3 unpaid debit orders?
Good day Mrs Phoshoko
Please be advised that the fees have been reversed as per the below as a once off goodwill gesture.
#REV ITEM UNPAID NO F 105.00 02/15
#REV ITEM UNPAID NO F 105.00 02/15
#REV ITEM UNPAID NO F 105.00 02/15
Even though the charges were reversed fnb could not provide the reason why it happened or let alone acknowledge their fault, but
This clearly shows that they don't care about us as their clients and thus can be repeated. I have been banking with fnb for over 10 years but that doesn't make a difference to them
