BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

FNB Please tell me how I have a -R1349 and no one is willing to help me. I'm being told there's a pending transaction of R2900. The last transaction I did with my virtual card was R17. I can't see on the banking app what this -R1349 is for. I spoke to 7 people already they keep passing me around, others end up ignoring me. I need answers!
