Bad customer service

On the 3rd of December I sent my daughter to deposit money on the ATM at Sam ntuli mall katlhong for school fees she deposited 550 then the ATM started to malfunction it took 450 and gave back 100 but the transaction didn't proceed it just gave a slip that it can not process the transaction .it was already late the bank was closed.on the 4th I went to query on the branch I was helped by a guy called ntsiki if I'm not mistaken.he said the money will reflect to the person I was depositing same day after 6 late in the evening I can come the following day to get proof of payment.i sent my daughter to get proof of payment on the 5th .the same guy who help me he gave her stories they must investigate they can't check the receipt some stories .I'm so disappointed the way they are doing things it's like it's our fault that their atm the just malfunction in the process of a transaction.im stuck with unpaid school fees
