Bad customer service

Last month I transferred money from my FNB account to Buffalo City Metro Municipality by mistake. I reported the matter to the bank. When ever I sent them emails they will not acknowledge or respond to my emails. The only time they will respond is when I write a review on Hellopeter.

My account is on a negative balance, and it's increasing by over R100 everyday. I just close all the policies I was having with them.

I will never do business with FNB in my entire life. I still maintain what I said. I regret doing business with them.

I had to lose the money that I paid for my funeral and the lawyer's on call.
