BAD customer service.

I have been trying to create a PayPal FNB account. Everytime I register I get the Sol Bankit Error. I tried contacting support but they said I should go into the office, I went there those people at the Bank looked completely lost to what I was talking about. I am struggling with this and FNB could care less.
