Bad Customer Service
I need to understand if it is common practice for a bank to deduct money owed to them without discussing it first with the customer. Yes I understand that we were one month in arrears with the loan, but to deduct firstly on an unspecified date half the amount and then again now an additional full instalment. WTH!!!! So for one month arrears you take 1.5 times extra and NO ONE has the decency to even talk to us about it. BAD people, just BAD.
