Bad customer service
I lost my job for 5 months, I started a new job in june 2024, now I am doing the right thing to pay my personalloans with amounts I can afford, still they dont load the payments on the accounts, now they are threttening me to hand me over, never had this bad customer service with FNB ever, now I urge any one that wants to join FNB to not join them, they dont look after their customers

13 Aug 2024, 11:56I am sick and tired of arguing with you guys, I made arrangements and still my accounts gets turned over, some accounts still doesnt have the payments on the account, I get treated like **** but yet I am paying my debt with amounts I can afford, there is people that doesnt even pay their debt but you guys have bad customer service with the people that is making a plan to pay!
