Bad customer service

Disappointed on how FNB has handled my ***** case, it has been 2 years now running in circles, when I call they tell me the case has been closed, but the debt of which I know nothing about still stands, the worse part I've never had any banking relation with FNB but they say I owe em a revolving loan
