BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

*** FNB? I have seen such bad customer service, not just the lady in the bank that said she would phone me and never did but the person I spoke to on the phone just now aswell. They are not friendly they are rude and arrogant I recently places R10 000 in my 32 day and was planing on Depositing another R20 000 once I hear about my accounts that been put on hold because I owed you money witch I paid off in full about a week ago. I wanted to rebuild a relationship with you guys I was planning on investing aswell. But I want my money back I will go to a bank that will take my money with a smile.
