Bad Customer Service

I am at First National Bank Nelspruit, Pinacle building, I have been here for more than an hour and no service been offered to me.

There is no reception, no customer services. I got a ticket and been waiting to be called but no service yet for more than 70 minutes waiting.

I asked the consultants in the bank and they said I must wait, they are short staffed.

This is horrible.
