bad customer service
I made a paypal online transaction. I received an sms from ***** saying reply 1 0r 2 to cancel the transaction. Someone from ***** called and cancelled the transaction. However on the statement it shows that the transaction went through
No one at fnb can assist me they keep referring me to diiferent places. Credit crd queries sends me to ***** visa versa
I just want to close this account now its a headache lines are always busy. agents are tired
