Bad customer service
I've done a personal loan application last week. I keep getting the approval sms. But no money in acc. I've called fnb so many times. They say someone will call me to finalize the application. But all I Wana know yes approved no declined. Why am I getting g the approval terms via sms. Please cN someone call me to resolve
