Bad customer service

so yesterday I went to FNB ****arney branch, I had a statement that printed from the office and when i arrived at the branch I requested a stamp on it, I was asked by the lady assisting me by the name of LEAH with a stinking attitude as to where I printed the statement from, I told her from the office then she said sorry I will not stamp that statement, you must use our internet cubicle, I told her I have always printed the statement from the office and go to the bank an desk for the stamp, she looked at me and told me I will not stamp that statement if you do not use the internet cubicle in the bank, even if I had ***** or about to committee *****, say I go print from the internet cubicle inside the branch how on earth will she know If I pretended to stand there and still use the same statement she thinks I might have edited on my own, I am not being monitored by anyone, I told her I worked for the bank fr 8 years and never in my banking years did I hear such a stupid reasoning of not stamping a statement, fnb please train your people to know how to address clients, I might be black and just coming in for statement but at the end of the day I am the reason she is where she is...so I went to print the statement as she wanted and guess what the person who was stamping wasn't even bothered to go through it, so what was the reason of being sent to the cubicle, it is not like any wording from the statement will differ when I use the PC's in the bank
