Bad customer service

I took a revolving loan from FNB but unfortunately i was no longer able to pay for my loan as i was retrenched they then handed over my debt to revco . i then contacted revco to arrange for payment as i am now working revco said the debt was bought back by fnb i should contact the bank. i was on the line for more than 40 minutes trying to be assisted no was able to assist they send me from pillar to post until my airtime ended . i have never experienced such bad service from the bank as i have been banking with them for nearly to 10 i am very frustrated for their bad customer service
