Bad Customer Service

I connect my credit card and debit card on my phone for payments, but both cards at shops if I want to tap says "Insert Card" - The man at FNB UNISA Branch can never assist with any enquiries, my experiences before and the same happened now. He doesn't understand. Can a person from FNB Brooklyn assist me and please I don't want to sit in the long queues.
